Give each closure or changed-hours period its own dated row. Add the business name and the location or service it covers, then review the ordered schedule before downloading the image or complete text table. You can include a confirmed date when the usual schedule resumes.
For: Local businesses sharing changed hours for one location or service. · Use it to: Prepare one unambiguous dated hours notice from confirmed exceptions.
Enter one location or service and up to six nonoverlapping dated exceptions. Choose Closed or supply the hours for each row. Review the complete table and image before downloading.
All rows apply to the one location/service above. Dates are inclusive and shown in order. Hours are displayed as supplied; include any overnight or next-day explanation yourself. No holiday dates or time zones are assumed.
Complete the required fields to prepare your export.
Complete the schedule to prepare its image.
The image uses fixed 32-pixel body text. If all rows will not fit, use the complete text/CSV export or shorten the labels. Nothing is silently dropped.
Your entered text and selected files stay in your browser.
Use the start and optional end date for each exception. Dates are inclusive, and a blank end means one day. The tool accepts valid dates from 1900 to 2100, sorts rows and rejects overlapping ranges. Make a separate notice when a second location has different hours.
Hours are the words you supply, so include an overnight or next-day explanation when needed. The builder does not pick holiday dates, infer a time zone or interpret an ambiguous hours string.
The fictional print-shop example enters December 25 as closed before entering December 24 as 10:00–14:00. The result sorts December 24 first, then the closure, then the explicitly supplied resumption from December 26 at 10:00–18:00. These demonstration dates are not a real shop schedule.
Leave both resumption fields blank if it is not confirmed. If you provide a resumption, supply both its date and hours, with the date after the last exception.
