FAQ to social post builder with an exact source record

Turn a useful customer answer into a post you can trace back to its source. Paste the approved answer, choose an exact excerpt and add your own next action. The builder keeps your selected words unchanged and includes the full supplied answer in the text download.

For: Small-business owners and support teams reusing a reviewed answer in a social post. Use it to: Select exact wording from a supplied FAQ answer, add a question and destination, and retain the source for review.

Turn an approved FAQ into a post

Enter a question and its approved answer, then paste the exact excerpt you want to reuse. Add your next action and HTTPS destination.

The tool preserves your selected wording and retains the full supplied answer in the export. It does not check whether the answer is correct or approved.

Post and source record

Add your details to see the result.

Your entered text and selected files stay in your browser.

Start with a reviewed answer

  • Choose one actual customer question and the current answer your team has approved.
  • Include the full answer in the source field, especially any conditions or exceptions.
  • Paste the wording you want to reuse into the excerpt field. The excerpt must appear exactly in the supplied answer, including punctuation and line breaks.
  • Write the next action and enter the complete HTTPS destination. The tool does not open or check that destination.

Example: explaining order collection

The example asks “Can I collect an online order?” Its supplied answer is “Collection is available at our shop. Please wait for your ready-to-collect email before visiting.” The post retains both sentences, preserving the instruction to wait.

The example destination, https://example.com/collection, is a demonstration address. Replace it with your own working page. These collection arrangements are fictional example inputs, not a claim about your business.

Keep conditions with the excerpt

An exact quote can still mislead when it leaves out a condition elsewhere in the answer. Review the full source record before publishing. If the answer says collection is limited to certain days, include that condition or choose a different excerpt.

A changed phrase such as “Collection is always ready immediately” is refused when it does not appear in the source. The tool checks wording against your input; it cannot establish whether that input is true, current or approved.

What the download contains

  • A SOCIAL POST section with the question, exact excerpt, action wording and destination.
  • A SOURCE RECORD section with the full supplied answer and the selected excerpt.
  • A reminder to review conditions outside the excerpt.
  • Copy the complete record or download the text file, then transfer only the intended post into your publishing tool.
