Using the Service

Memes Apps LLC provides Memes AI Studio, an AI-powered software platform that helps businesses create advertisements and social content. We also offer optional, standardized Done-for-You creative services. By using this site or purchasing a plan, you agree to the full Terms and to use the Service lawfully and responsibly.

Your Content

You are responsible for the URLs, prompts, and other inputs you submit.

Do not submit content that is illegal, harmful, infringing, or violates anyone's rights.

Generated Output

Subject to the full Terms and applicable third-party licenses, you may use your generated and DFY outputs for lawful commercial purposes. As between you and Memes.ai, you own your outputs to the extent ownership exists, and we assign any rights we acquire in them after payment.

AI output can be inaccurate, imperfect, or similar to material generated for others. We do not promise that an output is copyrightable, exclusive, registrable as a copyright or trademark, or free of third-party rights. You must review outputs before publishing or running ads and are responsible for how you use them.

Done-for-You Services

If purchased, DFY services use the brand materials, value propositions, reference or prior-performing assets, and instructions you provide to facilitate creation of new assets. Your order states the included quantities, formats, cadence, and review opportunities.

Unless your order expressly says otherwise, DFY does not include media buying, targeting, ad-account or funnel management, legal or regulatory review, or publication to third-party platforms. We do not promise any advertising or business result.

Plans and Payments

Paid features, pricing, and plan details are shown at checkout. If you purchase a plan, you agree to the listed billing terms.

30-Day Winner Guarantee

First-time paid self-service customers are eligible for the 30-Day Winner Guarantee on their first Memes AI Studio subscription payment. The 30-day period begins when that first payment is completed.

For this guarantee, a "winning ad" is an ad created or remixed with Memes.ai that, after receiving enough paid-media spend to reach the decision threshold documented before launch, meets or beats the customer's chosen primary KPI threshold. Memes.ai does not select that KPI, control the ad account, or promise revenue, profit, or sustained performance.

If no eligible Memes.ai ad reaches that threshold during the first 30 days, the customer may request a refund by emailing members@memes.com within 7 days after the 30-day guarantee period ends. The request must identify the Memes.ai account and include ad-platform results showing the tested ads, dates, spend, documented decision threshold, and primary KPI results.

An approved claim refunds the first Memes.ai Studio subscription payment in full to the original payment method. The guarantee does not reimburse media spend, agency fees, credit packs, later renewals, or other third-party costs. It is limited to one claim per customer or business and does not apply to managed or done-for-you services.

Availability

We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime or error-free operation.

Acceptable Use

You may not attempt to abuse, reverse engineer, overload, scrape, or misuse the product in ways that harm the service or other users.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update the full Terms as the product evolves. The notice and effective-date rules in the full Terms apply to those updates.
